Kenpo X was the Lucky workout today. This is a fun kicking and punching Karate excersize. Complete with a 5 min warm up and cool down, and 58 minutes of KICK BUTT! I love the stretches. I can always use more ways to stretch. My muscles are pretty tight today. After 4 days of working out.... I am finally getting to where I am not so warn out afterwards. I feel my lungs getting healthier, and my heart is loving me! Haha.. that sounds so gay... but it's true! Right now, I am a big sweaty mess, because I just finished Kenpo, but I am so loving it. If anyone has never tried P90X before, we HIGHLY recommend it!! It is fun, and really works you. Welp, time to hit the showers, thanks for keeping up with me!
