Day 4


Kenpo X was the Lucky workout today. This is a fun kicking and punching Karate excersize. Complete with a 5 min warm up and cool down, and 58 minutes of KICK BUTT! I love the stretches. I can always use more ways to stretch. My muscles are pretty tight today. After 4 days of working out.... I am finally getting to where I am not so warn out afterwards. I feel my lungs getting healthier, and my heart is loving me! Haha.. that sounds so gay... but it's true! Right now, I am a big sweaty mess, because I just finished Kenpo, but I am so loving it. If anyone has never tried P90X before, we HIGHLY recommend it!! It is fun, and really works you. Welp, time to hit the showers, thanks for keeping up with me!

Do you also do the eating part of it? I heard that was kinda tough.

we tried that for the first week that we had it... and it gets very expensive. But it is pretty cool because they have a recipe book and everything. So you learn how to make really healthy stuff. it even has recipes for salad dressings, and sauces. So for now... we aren't doing it. But we sure learned a lot. We do eat like Nuts and stuff like that for snacks... some of it we follow, just not all the way.

Eating healthy can definitely put a damper on a college family's budget. I've found when I watch my portion sizes, then I do okay! I'm so proud of you keeping up on your workouts. Keep it up!

That is awesome the you are getting into the P90X I have heard alot about it. Az is good we love it here it is just insanely hot. I like my job. The people I work with are really nice and it is just a really laidback job. Greg work for US airways as a senior financial analyst for inflight stuff so when they were renewing their contracts for drinks on the plane he researchs and finds the best financial options, stuff like that. How are you guys doing? Did ty figure out school?
