We had Jake's 4 month check up, finally, since he is almost 5 months!

So here are his numbers:

Weight: 15lbs 5oz - 46%
Height: 25 3/4'' - 68%
Head: 16 3/4'' - 47%

The doc says he is perfect in every way, and I AGREE!
