I know this comes with the territory of being pregnant, but i am serious, I don't remember it being like this with Lucy. So if you don't care to listen to my complaining, just skip this post.
I am really trying to keep up with my exercising but it is super hard when I can't hardly walk. I'm pretty sure gravity is my worst enemy right now. Every time I stand up or even try to get up, it hurts so bad i just really would rather lay down until I go into labor.I have never felt this pain before. With Lucy I had a lot of back pains, but not with this little guy. Its all in my pelvic floor, maybe he has a really big head, but I cannot wait to get him out of there. The thing is, that i don't know exactly what it is from, am I weaker now than I was with Lucy? Are my muscles not strong enough to support him? Or is it that everything is just stretched out from having Lucy? If anyone has any advice to give on this subject i would really love it if you would share. I still have 4 weeks left and I don't want to be completely miserable. Plus I still have to muster up the strength to go to school 3 times a week.
Ultrasound tomorrow, and non-stress tests on Tuesday and Thursday, and Dr. apt on Wednesday. Busy week ahead, i will post again soon!

k, so, no advice, but i think this is totally normal. i was in so much more pain and everything ached so much more when i was pregnant with lauren. like 100 times more. it was ridiculous! i vowed i would never have another kid because i was so miserable. i was scrubbing floors two days before i had brooklin. scrubbed our entire apartment by myself, top to bottom. there's no way i could've done that with lauren. i hurt everytime i had to get out of bed to go pee, everytime i had to bend over to put on my shoes or get dressed. so, yes, i totally sympathize with you. it sucks, but it's such a relief when they're finally out. you can do it!
If it's any consolation, my pain with my second baby was even worse than with this pregnancy. (Better luck next time?) I found that my aches and pains coincided directly with my exercise/activity level. Maybe you're actually more active this pregnancy? Also my doctor told me it could possibly be due to muscles that are more lax from a former pregnancy. Either way, hang in there! You're almost finished!
Definitely worse second time around for me too! If it's that bad I would talk to the doc, but it sounds like what I went through. And just a heads up, the cramping after #2 is killer. No one tells you that so if it happens don't be surprised. Hope you feel better! Baby will come :)
One thing I have loved doing and made gravity go away is swimming! Sometimes I'd go to do laps and other times just went to relax made me feel like myself again. All the pressure goes away. Hang in there you are so close!!
For me the pain was worse the first time. Piper layed on my pelvic floor. I totally understand needing to go to class. I worked up to the weekend before she was born and it was very painful walking or getting in and out of the car ... With Kendell I was much more active and he was in a different position. There was a time when he hit on my siatic nerve but he eventually moved and I could walk again. Good luck!
