What The...

So I am back to square one. And I don't wanna hear anything about it! The Holidays are coming up and I am going home to see family. And I am so FREAKING FAT! I cannot believe how much weight I have gained since Ty and I got married. I am sick about it. I know I always say that I am going to work out and eat better, blah blah blah. Truth is I hate working out, I absolutely hate running, with a passion (sorry Carolyn) ask my High School Gym teacher, Mrs. Jackson. I had every excuse in the book to get out of running the mile. I always seemed to be on my period that week. lol! Anyway... I sit here at 1:15 am just getting pumped about losing weight. I am going to do it MY way. I don't want anyone asking how I am doing, or what i am doing, except Michelle, I put her in charge of the area. I will tell you how this came up... take a look at these pictures. I wasn't extremely skinny, but I was at least 50 lbs below what I am now. YIKES!! What the heck happened!?

I am in a freakin' sweatshirt and I still look skinny! what is up with that?

So I am going to print these out and post them up everywhere in my apartment. This is what I will be again! AHHHH!!!!

i know you don't want to hear anything from me, but... i really do know what you mean. i know that i'm not 50 pounds heavier than i was when i got married, but i still know what it's like to look back at pictures pre-pregnancy and wonder why i thought i was so fat. truth is, i don't think i'll ever look like that again, no matter how hard i try. pregnancy just changes the way your body looks. i am less than 4 lbs. away from where i was when i found out i was pregnant, but my body doesn't look like it. we all just need to live healthier lifestyles, and that should be all that matters. :) i love you bonz!! can't wait to see ya!

I know I'm not suppose to reply but I'm going to because I know how it feels to not be happy with your body. I have the post menopause middle that I hate. We all have parts of our bodies we aren't happy with. The fact is having excess weight is really hard on our bodies. Take one day at a time and try to eat healthy. Good luck and don't stress out about it. Looking forward to seeing you and Lucy in a few weeks. Sorry Ty.

I know you said you didn't really want to hear from anyone, but as a former PE teacher myself, I love to help people reach goals for a healthier body! So I was just wondering... you said you hate running (which I totally understand, it is a hard thing that actually everyone hates at one time or another), but do you like to lift weights? Or have you ever had anyone teach you how to do it? Just wondering, because that can be a great way to lose weight. The more muscle your body has, the more calories you burn when you are just sitting around doing nothing. Also, doing strength training is also really good for your bones and can help prevent osteoporosis in older age. If you aren't interested in that, then its no big deal, just a lot of people don't know that you can lose fat faster by weightlifting (but your actual weight on the scale might not change as much because muscle weighs more than fat, but you will definitely SEE the difference in the mirror). Oh and I can't afford a gym pass, so I just bought two sets of barbells at target and I do it at home while Cheyenne is playing with her toys, then you don't need a babysitter either:) Anyway, just trying to help with a suggestion, no big deal if you aren't interested in weightlifting:) Good luck!! Oh and use prayer to help you reach your goal:) You are beautiful!
