This was my work out today! Man... It felt so good. This one is probably the most easy to follow, but it still works your butt off! I am sore all over.. Abs, quads, arms, back, pecs, shins, calves. But I still feel good. But I have been going to bed with a bad headache everynight, anyone have any ideas as to what is causing this?
Maybe my blister will be healed enough to go on my walk again tomorrow, Lucy seems to enjoy that form of excersize the most. By the way, Tyler and i calculated it last night and my total route yesterday was 4.8 miles! Go ME!!! Anyway hope everyone is having a great day. Annelise and Ashurity... I haven't heard much from you guys yet. Let me know how you are doing!!

I would almost bet that your dehydrated. Your not drinking enough water during your workouts. I have had bad headaches for a long time and being at all dehydrated really affects them. Make sure you drink 6+ glasses of liquid (they no loner say it has to be water, juice, tea, milk etc will work too if your not a water fan) a day, more if you workout enough to sweat a bunch. It also really helps with weight loss to drink a lot.
drink that water! that really is probably the biggest problem. i HATE drinking water, but making it really cold and adding a lemon works for me!
headache? probably dehydrated. drink drink drink! Also make sure you are getting enough protein (lean protein) sometimes that doest it too.
congrats on working out, its the best thing ever for you two and what a good example for Lucy too.
Hey Bon! Good job. I've been doing pretty horrible. I've gotten several of my goals done each day, but not all of them. That’s kinda what happens when you're sick and throwing up. I did that several times last night. :-(
As for the board I made, I’m not even sure how much it was. I spent 7 on my vinyl I believe and the board was 4. Plus the pain. But the board was on sale. They're normally 10 I believe. I'd be happy to make you one though if you'd like to pay for the stuff. :-) That or I can just teach you how to do it. Which ever.
I'm leaving for several weeks as I think I already told you, but we could do it when I get back.

Last night I did a workout video and just about wanted to puk afterward...I think I over did it a little bit. Here is to easing myself into it a little better.
